The scenario - I found myself wanting to hike - but my old quilts were on there last legs. I contacted Deb via email, and in less than a day not only did I have a response and a quote back - but also an apology for taking too long. Deb takes her customer service seriously.

Fast forward a week (It took Australia post longer to deliver it, than it did for Deb to make it) - I had my nice new quilt, it is fantastic, the build quality is great, and it is very warm. My wife loves it too - and she has very high standards. For anyone on the fence, get in contact with Deb - she is great, and will look after you. I know I wont be going any where else for my quilts in the future - the only problem for Deb is this one is made so well I probably wont need another one for a while :-)

I bought a -5 Waratah quilt and Deb has been incredibly helpful in getting the quilt to me in a short period and on short notice! The craft(wo)man ship is amazing and I cannot fault the quilt.
Unfortunately, the temperatures were much milder than expected and I was overheating in my new quilt at 10C and had to switch to a lighter quilt instead. But this makes me very hopeful that the quilt stands up to its temperature rating.

I am so glad I bought the waratah quilt. I have just spent a few nights in subzero temperatures and stayed toasty and warm. Deb's note and hands on approach made supporting a small business an easy decision, that paid off in quality and service. Thankyou got the treasure Deb!

Bought the 0 Degree in Dec 25 and used on the Eastern Arthur’s Traverse in Jan and the OLT in Mar. First time using a quilt and felt so much room to move around and sleep on my side without getting twisted up. The quilt was very warm and great quality. Loved it so much I have bought a -10 degree with 50g overfill for some snow hiking in Tassie.

I've had my Waratah for a few weeks now and slept in it 4 times now and I'm absolutely blown away, it's stunning! The craftsmanship is excellent, and the comfort and warmth to weight ratio is a 10/10 for me. It completes my sleep system. I have few pieces of backpacking gear that I adore and this quilt is one of them. Worth every penny. Also, I wanted to mention that customer service is top notch, Deb was very helpful and prompt in responses. Highly recommended. Thanks you so much! I want another one... Haha!
